Staffing Services
How do I pay for the remaining balance for staff? At the end of the event: our office will email you an invoice for the remaining balance, for the exception of holidays where staff get paid direct.
What is your cancellation policy for staff? We have a 48 hour cancellation policy. Any event cancelled within the 48 hours will be billed a 4 hour minimum per staff person cancelled.
What will the serving team need upon arrival? The staff will ask you for a few things up front. One gallon size zip lock baggies, heavy duty garbage bags, paper towels, and dish linens.
Does TSE provide catering? We have connections with all caterers in Chicago and Northshore area. Our event team can assist with hand selecting recommendations for your event.
Does TSE provide rentals? The TSE Team can assist with securing rentals for your event
What does the bar kit include? ✓ THE BARTENDER KIT A small paring knife A small cutting boar A wine key/bottle opener Pourers A shaker A beverage strainer An ice scoop and/or tongs A bar towel A small ice bin *Not available for Kosher events.
Event Planning
What is your cancellation policy? We have a 3 month cancellation policy. The 50% deposit is non refundable.
​How far in advance should I book? The earlier the better! We can assist you at any stage in your event journey. Based on availability.
​What is the pricing structure? To secure the date, 50% deposit is due. Final balance is due no later than 14 days prior to event date.
​Can we make changes to our event details after signing the contract? We understand that plans may evolve over time. We are flexible and accommodating reasonable changes to your event, however, significant changes to the scope of work or logistics may require adjustment to contract terms and pricing. We can work close with you to update your needs and work accordingly,
